Replacement of Stud Bolts and Gaskets

Model: Renault Laguna X74, Laguna 2, MK 2 - Years 2001-2007
Part: Turbocharger

If maintenance requires the removal of the turbocharger, replace the stud bolts and gaskets before reinstalling it. Once the old studs are removed, insert the new ones, tightening them moderately with the appropriate spanner or using the nut and counter-nut system. Then, apply the new gaskets on both the exhaust and intake sides, use new nuts for securing, replace the copper washer for the lubrication connection, and inject clean oil with a syringe to ensure lubrication on first start-up.
