Renault Laguna - Video tutorial

Model: Renault Laguna Laguna 2, X74, MK 2 - Years 2001-2007
Part: Engine
Operation: Valve guide rubbers replacement

In order to replace the so-called valve guide rubbers (these are essentially real oil seals) you need to have the appropriate arc clamp, which allows you to squeeze the thrust spring of the valve itself, of the extractor and of the piston. Once the clamp has been positioned, squeeze the spring, separate the fixing half-shells of the plates and extract the valve; then use the extractor to remove the old rubber, clean the seat, lubricate it with clean oil and also lubricate the new oil seal to be inserted with the plunger as far as it will go. Also lubricate the valve to be put back in its seat by squeezing the spring and fixing it with the plate and the half-shells.

How to open the Honda Sh 125 saddle when the battery is low

Let's see below how to proceed to raise and unlock the motorcycle seat when the battery is low, also helping us with the video. A square key is supplied with the scooter which is needed to unlock the saddle opening. This plastic key must be inserted into the seat inside the flap on the right side of the body immediately under the ignition switch. Then, open the plastic door and insert the key to unlock the saddle opening where we can find the battery and replace it if necessary.
