How to reset the service light on a Renault Trafic

Model: Renault Trafic MK 2 - Years 2001-2014

Whenever you change the oil and the corresponding filter as part of the service, you will need to reset the service indicator that lights up on the instrument panel. To do this, turn on the ignition, press the button with the upward arrow located on the multifunction lever on the right side of the steering wheel until you select the "Service Interval" option. Then, hold down the button marked with the upward arrow for at least 5 seconds until the message "Service Request" appears. Press the button marked with the upward arrow again for at least 10 seconds until the new indication of the next service appears on the onboard computer display.
