In this guide, let's see the main instructions for disassembling and replacing the starter motor brushes of the Renault Megane 1.4, but also of the Clio. First of all let's disassemble the starter motor from the car, by unscrewing the fixing screws and disconnecting the electrical wiring; then we proceed to disassemble the starter motor, unscrewing the nuts of the winding cover, as shown in the video. Once the magnet has been removed, we will remove and replace the brushes with new ones, checking the state of wear of the windings, following the video to the end!
