Front Disc and Pad Replacement

Model: Renault Megane Megane 2 - Years 2002-2010

Lift the vehicle on a hydraulic lift and remove the front wheel; lever between the disc and the caliper to retract the caliper piston, remove the protective caps from the caliper mounting pins and unscrew them to detach the caliper; extract the old pads and remove the caliper bracket; then unscrew the brake disc mounting pins from the hub and remove the disc. Before fitting the new disc, clean the hub seat with a wire brush and apply grease; then proceed in reverse order by installing the new disc, the caliper bracket, inserting the new pads, and finally the caliper itself, applying the anti-vibration spring.
