To replace the rear discs and pads (when replacing the discs, always replace the pads), lift the vehicle on a ramp and remove the rear wheel; remove the protective caps from the caliper mounting pins and unscrew them to remove the caliper and the old pads; then remove the caliper bracket, take off the cap in the centre of the disc and unscrew the nut underneath to remove the old disc and install the new one after cleaning it of protective oil; tighten the central nut and apply the cap, reassemble the caliper bracket, retract the piston using the appropriate tool that rotates it, insert the new pads and refit the caliper.
