How to replace the number plate bulb on the Renault Megane III

Changing the number plate light on the Renault Megane III is easy. Here’s how to do it in this video. First, remove the connector located above the number plate. Use a flathead screwdriver and exercise caution to avoid damaging the plastic parts. Once the connector is removed, open the clip and pull out the bulb holder. With the screwdriver, lever and open the holder to remove the faulty bulb. Replace it with a new one, remembering that new bulbs should never be touched with bare hands: use a pair of disposable gloves, like the mechanic in the video. Reinsert it into the holder and close it. Now, you can reconnect it and place it back above the number plate. Job done.
