This brief tutorial explains how to replace the air filter on a Renault Megane 1.4 TCe of the third generation, produced from 2008 to 2015. This is a very simple operation that anyone can perform, allowing you to save some money on labour costs. First, open the bonnet of the vehicle.

Next, using a crosshead screwdriver, remove the two screws on either side of the filter box flange. Then, grasp the flange and pull it out, which will remove the support where the air filter is mounted.

After that, simply remove the old air filter and replace it with a new one, then reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
