In this video, you can see where to find the legal chassis number (VIN = Vehicle Identification Number) of the Renault Talisman. Remember that the legal chassis number is not the one displayed on the label at the bottom of the windscreen - it is only needed for the movement of the vehicle until it is registered - nor is it the one on the metal plate located on the driver's door frame - which is the vehicle's "identity card", applied when it leaves the production line.

The legal chassis number is located, in the case of the Renault Talisman, at the contact point between the front of the front passenger door and the chassis, in a vertical position, and always starts with VF1.
