To clean it, try blowing it out with compressed air. If air passes through, it is not blocked, but if it does not, it means it is obstructed, which is a fairly common issue with these vehicles. WD-40 is the best remedy for this: let it sit for a few minutes, then use a long metal tube, like the one shown in the video, to push through and clean it; then blow it out with compressed air. If it blows through, it is fine; otherwise, you will need to repeat the procedure.
