Hello, in this video you will see how to remove the gear knob on your Renault Clio. With the vehicle off, press the clutch and then engage fourth gear for a better grip. Start moving the knob from side to side and gently pull with a little force. If the knob does not come off, increase the force applied. Once you see the knob moving, apply more force. When the knob comes off, be careful of the gear spring. If it comes out, reinsert it. Take the new knob and position it over the designated hook. Give it a gentle tap and the job is done.
