To adjust the clock on a Renault Trafic, turn on the instrument panel by inserting the ignition key and turning it in the corresponding lock: once the panel is on, press and hold the button located at the top left of the lever on the right of the steering wheel.

This will cause the hours to start blinking, then adjust them using the buttons to increase and decrease the volume; pressing the button above the lever again will cause the minutes to start blinking, which can be adjusted in the same manner.
