In this useful tutorial, you will see all the necessary steps to replace the key battery of a Renault Clio, second series model produced from 1998 to 2005. Start by separating the two halves of the key. To do this, press on the back of the key and push in the direction of the arrow.

Once done, using a small flathead screwdriver, remove the old battery and finally replace it with a new one before closing the key. The required battery for this key is the CR1220.
