In this video we can see how to change the gear knob on a Renault Clio IV: first, lift the gear lever gaiter by grabbing it from the base and pulling it up from the frame, as it is only inserted by pressure. The gaiter is held on the lever by a seal that we will remove using a screwdriver; then we will pull the gaiter all the way down to the base of the lever. With a wrench, we will turn the knob, because we also need to remove the aluminum support inside. We can find the new knob, for example on Amazon with the code B09JNV3WS4 at the price of 12.99 euros, free delivery for Prime customers. Put the knob back on the lever and then reattach the gaiter from the inside, as we had previously detached it. Put the gaiter clips back in place and the job is done.
