If the power supply of the Renault Kangoo is interrupted, for example due to a battery change, the radio goes into protection mode and upon restart requires the entry of the unlock code provided at the time of vehicle purchase. To enter the first digit of the code, press the number 1 button on the front of the device until the digit appears on the display, repeat the same operation for the other digits until the correct code appears on the display. To complete the entry, hold down the volume knob for a few seconds until the radio restarts.
