How do you open the fuel door of the Renault Captur when it is stuck?

In order to open the fuel door of the Renault Captur when it is stuck, you need to open the rear hatch of the car, so that you have access to the components located inside the trunk: here it will be possible to remove the right side panel and access the underlying actuator of the fuel door. At this point, it will be possible to lower the lever located on the actuator, in order to unlock the latch and open the fuel door. Once the fuel door has been unlocked, you can remove the cap and refuel.
