In this video, see how to change the fog light bulb on a Renault Twingo II: It is advisable to lift the vehicle using a jack to access the area beneath the front bumper, where you will reach the fog light bulb located at the lower edge of the bumper.

Now, disconnect the electrical connector that links the bulb to the electrical system.

Space is limited, but you should manage, possibly using a flat-head screwdriver for assistance. Next, remove the bulb and replace it with the new one, taking care not to touch the bulb with bare hands.

Reconnect the electrical connector; you can lower the vehicle now, the operation is complete.
