Part: Transmission fluid

Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands and position a container of appropriate capacity under the gearbox. Then, unscrew the oil drain plug located on the side, near the exhaust catalyst: once the old oil has fully drained, refit the plug after cleaning it of any debris. Next, open the front bonnet and locate the transmission oil level dipstick: use the dipstick tube to refill the oil with one that meets the ATF specifications for the vehicle in question.
