The following video tutorial demonstrates how to replace the ignition cassette on a Saab 9-5. The operation takes very little time. The injection cassette is locked by four screws which must be removed with a screwdriver or a Phillips screwdriver. With a small flat-tip screwdriver disconnect the electrical connection, then lift and remove the box and replace it with the new one which will be positioned in the same way as the one just replaced. Lastly, replace the four screws that lock the ignition box and screw them back.
