Replacing the Ignition Cassette

This tutorial video demonstrates how to replace the ignition cassette on a Saab 9-5. The operation takes very little time. The injection cassette is secured by four screws that need to be removed with a power screwdriver or a cross-head screwdriver. Using a small flat-head screwdriver, disconnect the electrical connection, then lift and remove the cassette and replace it with the new one, ensuring it is positioned identically to the one just removed. Finally, reposition the four screws that secure the ignition cassette and tighten them.
