Two Methods to Remove the Car Radio
Model: Saab 9 5
MK 1, Ys3e
- Years 1997-2010
There are two methods to replace the car radio system: the first involves specific clips, the second a simple screwdriver. The latter method is riskier and could damage the plastic edges housing the system. First method: insert the two clips into the designated holes, then pull to remove the lower part of the radio. This will provide access to a hole to facilitate the removal of the upper part of the system, the information display. Using the hole, pull this part to completely remove every component of the car radio. Second method: wedge the screwdriver by levering in the top right of the information panel, then push to detach the component directly, without necessarily having to remove the underlying piece. In both methods, take care with the wiring located in the hidden part of the radio, as it is essential for both power and information transmission to the car speakers.

How to Fix the Electric Power Steering Malfunction on a Lancia Ypsilon
Many models from the Turin manufacturer are equipped with EPS (Electric Power Steering), known as 'city' due to the button on the dashboard that activates the dual drive function, making the steering even lighter at low speeds. It is well known that this device can be faulty, starting with vibrations in the steering wheel and potentially leading to total deactivation with the corresponding warning light illuminated on the dashboard. The fault is often due to wear on the torque sensor integrated within the steering system, but failures related to the control unit are not uncommon. To resolve this issue, it is advisable to have a refurbished power steering unit installed, fully covered by warranty. by ScegliAuto More videos
