Removing the Front Door Panel

Model: Saab 9 5 MK 1, Ys3e - Years 1997-2010

This video shows how to remove the front door panel. First, remove the screw located just behind the opening lever, followed by the other screws situated inside the door handle covered by the snap-fit plastic. Once the last screws at the bottom of the panel are removed, you can proceed with its removal; as the panel is secured by clips, simply apply some force on each side to make it easier to take off. Be careful once removed of any cables that may be present if the car is equipped with audio speakers.
