In this video, we see a problem that occurred on this Seat Leon III: the fuel cap remained open despite the car being locked. We start by applying some WD-40 on the locking button, but unfortunately it didn't work, so it was necessary to replace the entire piece, which can be found, for example, on auto-doc with the code PR15-01074 at a price of 34.49 euros + 9.90 euros for shipping. Unfortunately, to remove the actuator, it is necessary to dismantle a large part of the trunk, and the outer part of the fuel tank frame: in fact, the actuator is located inside these two components. Replacing it is simple, just disconnect the electrical connector and replace it with the new one. Then we just have to reassemble everything.
