The following video tutorial shows how to adjust the handbrake on the Seat Ibiza independently. To adjust the handbrake, you need to use a 10 mm socket wrench. Get into the vehicle and sit in the back seats, remove the handbrake cover to access the nut; using the wrench, tighten the nut. Once you reach the desired level of firmness, close the cover and sit in the driver's seat to test the handbrake's functionality. If it does not work properly, it will be necessary to visit an authorised workshop for targeted checks.
