The battery of the key/remote for the 2014 Seat Ibiza, as shown in the video, but this applies to all cars, will eventually discharge and require replacement. Doing this is simple, but it may subsequently be necessary to reprogram it. Here’s how to do it: turn on the instrument panel with the master key, go outside the vehicle, insert the key to be programmed into the driver’s door lock, close the door, and turn the key clockwise while holding the door lock button.

Once done, turn off the ignition and test the new key's operation.
