Rear Light: How to Replace the Bulb on a SEAT Tarraco DIY

On the SEAT Tarraco, the intervention on the rear light begins with the vehicle stationary, engine off, and tailgate open. Access the service compartment from the boot lining and reach the fixings of the light unit; unscrew those indicated, and the light will slide out with a straight movement, maintaining the alignment of the guide pins. Disconnect the electrical connector and, if only the bulb needs replacing, rotate the bulb holder as shown, replace the element with an equivalent for fitting and power, and remount it in the correct orientation, avoiding touching the glass with your fingers. If replacing the entire unit, position the replacement, reconnect the connector, and reinsert the light, aligning the pins and seats; then tighten the fixings until snug without forcing the support. Finally, check all rear functions (position, stop, indicator, reverse) and ensure no warnings appear on the dashboard.
