Seat Ibiza - Video tutorial

Model: Seat Ibiza 6L - Years 2002-2009
Part: V-belt
Operation: Seat Ibiza service belt replacement

In this video we will see how to remove the Poly-V service belt of a Seat Ibiza. We open our bonnet and immediately locate our belt (we see it immediately because it turns in the alternator). To disassemble the service belt with a 16 mm wrench we go to rotate and push hard (to loosen the tensioner) and remove our belt. For reassembly it is very important to reassemble it in the correct direction so that all the steps (rails) are perfectly inserted on all the pulleys! With a 16 key we tighten the tensioner and insert the new service belt!
