First, get into the vehicle and centre the steering wheel; then remove the airbag by disconnecting the electrical connector found at the back, as shown in the video.

Next, unscrew the central bolt of the steering wheel to remove it, replacing it with a new one if necessary; then reassemble the steering wheel and its airbag, ensuring that the steering wheel is perfectly straight.
