Cleaning the MAF sensor of the Seat Leon MK3.

If we notice excessive consumption and irregularities in the engine performance of the Seat Leon, the cause may be a dirty mass air flow sensor (MAF). To proceed with its cleaning, we open the engine hood, find the sensor body on the tube coming out of the air filter, disconnect the electrical connector, loosen the two clamps with a flat-blade screwdriver, remove it and place it on a work surface. Clean it by spraying a specific cleaning spray inside. Wait for it to dry completely, reassemble the sensor body on the tube by tightening the two metal clamps, and reconnect the connector.
