The clutch replacement on the Sherco SE 250 can be carried out by loosening the screws that secure the cover panel located on the right side of the motorcycle: once the panel has been removed, the underlying screws that secure the clutch discs can be unscrewed in order to insert the new ones. These can now be properly secured in their place and the panel can then be covered: after installation, it will be possible to verify that everything works correctly even after the replacement of the discs.
