How do you replace the taillight bulb in the 2014 Skoda Octavia?

Model: Skoda Octavia MK 3, 5E - Years 2012-2019
Part: Headlight bulb

When we turned on the lights of our Skoda Octavia, we realized that we had a burnt out bulb. Nothing serious, it's a minor inconvenience and easily fixable in a very short time. We have the video tutorial attached here to help us, so let's proceed to do the job: we open the hood, remove the rear inspection cap of the headlight, extract the bulb holder, remove the bulb from it and insert the replacement one. We reassemble everything and test the lights. For better visualization, in the video the headlight was disassembled, but this is not necessary to do.

How to Open the Bonnet on the Lancia Y

To open the bonnet on this vehicle, follow these simple instructions: first, open the driver's door and locate the lever positioned just below the dashboard, marked with an image of the vehicle with the bonnet open. Pull this lever towards you until you hear a "click" indicating the bonnet is released. Next, exit the cabin and stand in front of the bonnet to disengage the safety catch and complete the opening. To do this, slightly lift the bonnet, locate the yellow lever underneath, and pull it to the left to fully release and open the bonnet.
