You can remove the door panel on a Škoda Fabia by prying with an object like a screwdriver so that the trim of the armrest and the speaker cover can be removed: once these components are taken off, you can unscrew the screws located underneath them. Once these screws are loosened, you can completely take off the panel from its housing so that you can fit the new one: the new panel must be secured with the appropriate screws, reconnecting the connectors and then installing the relevant trims.

How to Open the Bonnet on the Lancia Y
