Engine Oil and Filter Replacement

Model: Skoda Superb B6, 3T - Years 2008-2015

To change the oil and access the sump more easily, lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands; then remove the plastic cover from the engine. Position a container under the oil sump to collect the used oil and unscrew the drain plug. While the oil drains from the sump, proceed to replace the oil filter cartridge located just behind the dipstick: unscrew the plastic cap, remove the old cartridge, and insert the new one, replacing the O-ring seals included in the new filter kit. Then screw the cap back under the sump and fill the engine with new oil until the correct level is reached.
