Resetting the Service Light on a Skoda Fabia

Model: Skoda Fabia 6Y, Mark1 - Years 1999-2007

Today, you will learn how to reset the service light, which indicates the maintenance interval in kilometres, on a Skoda Fabia, first series model produced from 1999 to 2007. Start the operation by pressing and holding the "0.0" button located on the right side of the speedometer, then turn on the ignition of the vehicle. Once done, you will see the maintenance icon, represented by a spanner, on the information display. Release the "0.0" button and press the button on the left side of the speedometer to confirm and complete the reset.

How to Open the Bonnet on the Lancia Y

To open the bonnet on this vehicle, follow these simple instructions: first, open the driver's door and locate the lever positioned just below the dashboard, marked with an image of the vehicle with the bonnet open. Pull this lever towards you until you hear a "click" indicating the bonnet is released. Next, exit the cabin and stand in front of the bonnet to disengage the safety catch and complete the opening.
