How to replace the battery of the Smart Fortwo

Below we will see the main steps that will allow us to disassemble and replace the battery of the Smart Fortwo. First, we open the front hood of the car and start to locate the battery, which we find next to the coolant reservoir; then we disconnect both battery terminals (positive and negative poles), finally removing the battery bracket screw, as shown in the video. At this point, we replace the battery with the new one, of the correct type and having the same amperage; finally, we reassemble and connect the battery, starting the engine!
