Start by using a plastic lever or screwdriver to remove the plastic trim around the clock, then take off the glass cover. Remove the clock hands and extract the dial from the casing. Next, use a screwdriver to remove the motherboard inside. Disconnect the power cable. Once the piece is removed, fit a new one or repair the existing one, and reverse the steps for reassembly.
