How to change Smart Fortwo oil

Model: Smart Smart 450 - Years 1998-2007

The oil change must be carried out at the km reported by the manufacturer, let's see how to change it on Smart Fortwo. We lift our car onto a column bridge and go to find the oil pan pin. Using a socket wrench with a suitable socket, unscrew the pin placed under the oil pan, so as to drain the oil into a container for future disposal. After having drained all the oil well, let's screw the pin back into the oil pan. Unscrew the filter with a strap wrench, lubricate the new filter and screw it into its seat. We uncover the cap and top up the oil pan with the new liquid following the manufacturer's recommendations. We replace the oil filter.
