Removing the roof/hood of Smart Fortwo

In this very simple and practical video, you will see how to remove the hood of a Smart Fortwo. First, open the hood using the remote or from inside the car: to remove it, disassemble the outer pillars by opening the rear boot lid and applying pressure on the pillars to remove them, as shown in the video. Once removed, place the pillars in the designated spaces in the rear boot lid. At this point, your small car will be completely open like a convertible, all in just a few minutes!
