Removing Fuel Filter from Smart Fortwo

In this short tutorial video, you will learn how to remove and replace the diesel filter of a second-generation Smart Fortwo. First, lift the vehicle with axle stands, as the filter is located under the car: then unscrew the bracket screw of the filter to move it; finally, disconnect the two fuel inlet and outlet hoses. At this point, extract it and replace it with the correct new one; also check the condition of the hoses for corrosion: if damaged, replace them with new ones and reassemble everything.
