In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove and replace the spark plugs of a second series Smart Fortwo. First, open the boot and remove the lower panel to access the engine compartment. Next, locate the spark plug leads and disconnect them; then, using a socket spanner, unscrew them, finishing by hand. Once all the spark plugs are removed, replace them with the correct new ones, and refit them by hand first, then tighten with the spanner (preferably a torque wrench).
