How to remove the door panel of a Smart ForTwo Cabrio

Model: Smart Smart 451 - Years 2007-2015
Part: Door trim panel

Before starting, we will have to open the door of our Smart ForTwo Cabrio. So let's start by disassembling and removing the side mirror, disengaging the internal cover and unscrewing the fixing bolts. After that, we will have to unscrew and remove the screws that secure the door panel to the door itself. By doing so, we will have freed the door panel. At this point, we will have to go to disengage it and remove it from the door, releasing the internal clips that support it. At this point, we will have to unhook the electric plug and the handle cable, and the disassembly will be completed.
