How to Remove the Door Panel of a Smart Cabrio

To remove the door panel of a Smart Cabrio, start by unscrewing the screws using a suitable Torx screwdriver that secure the handle (located at either end) and the plastic element that forms the "pocket" of the door. At this point, proceed to remove the panel. To do this, use a screwdriver or, preferably, a small plastic pry tool. Leverage around the entire perimeter of the panel to release the clips holding it in place. Now you can fit the new panel by following the same steps in reverse as shown in the images.
