In today's tutorial video, you will learn how to remove the outer door panel on a Smart Fortwo 451, second series, by following these simple steps. First, open the front door and unscrew the screw of the opening handle; then remove the handle by disconnecting the cable, and remove the internal plastic cover of the mirror, as shown in the video.

At this point, unscrew the screws of the mirror to remove it and unscrew the screw of the door panel; gently pry at the sides to detach it from the body!
