How to Remove the Steering Wheel of a Smart 450?

To remove the steering wheel of the Smart 450, simply unscrew the Torx 40 screw located at the bottom of the steering column, in the central position. Once this screw is loosened, you can pull the steering wheel outward, also rotating it slightly to facilitate removal. After the steering wheel has been pulled off the column, disconnect its connectors to completely remove it. When the old steering wheel has been removed, you can insert the new steering wheel, connecting it to the connector and securing it again with the previously removed screw.
