We will briefly see how to remove and replace the steering wheel and its airbag on the Smart Fortwo in simple steps. First, get into the vehicle and start by removing the steering wheel airbag; to do this, push on the rear holes, then disconnect the electrical connector, as shown in the video.

Next, unscrew the central bolt of the steering wheel to remove it while keeping it perfectly straight, as illustrated in the video. Then install the new steering wheel, reassembling and reconnecting the airbag, following the video tutorial to the end!
