Removing the Steering Wheel of a Smart Fortwo

In this video, you will see how to remove the steering wheel of the small Smart Fortwo. Before disassembling, position the steering wheel straight with the wheels to make it easier to adjust when reassembling. Now, unscrew the screws located underneath the steering wheel (in the plastic): at this point, pull the steering wheel towards you to remove it. Disconnect the airbag connector and the horn cable. Ensure everything is in order and proceed with reassembling the steering wheel (either the same or a new one, depending on your needs). Make sure it is aligned, and you're done!
