To change the time on the display of the Smart Fortwo 453, you need the two buttons at the end of the right stalk of the steering wheel, which is the wiper stalk. As shown in the video, repeatedly press the upper button until the "SET" option appears on the display.

Now, hold down the "OK" button until the hour starts flashing and use the upper button to scroll through the numbers. Once set, hold down the "OK" button and proceed to set the minutes following the same logic.

Finally, save the setting by holding down the "OK" button once more.
