To replace the cabin filter on a Smart 450, insert the key into the designated lock located inside the grille under the windscreen on the passenger side. By turning the key, you can remove the grille to access the components underneath. You will find the cover of the filter box, which needs to be removed, allowing you to pull the filter out of its housing. Once the old filter is removed, replace it with a new spare part and reinstall the cover and grille.
