In this video tutorial, you will learn how to open the bonnet of a second series Smart Fortwo in simple steps, without using any tools. To do this, press on the side plastics of the front grille to unlock the bonnet opening; then simply lift the bonnet to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point, refit it by applying the reverse procedure: position it in its seat until it clicks into place, locking the levers found inside the front grille, as demonstrated in the video.
