Removing the Air Fan on Smart Fortwo

Hello! Today, I will explain a maintenance task that many believe is difficult but actually takes very little time. On this model of car, the air fan is located near the accelerator pedal, slightly above and to the right of it. Changing this fan is actually very simple: just unscrew the fan itself by hand (with a bit of force) and disconnect the wiring. To install the new part you purchased, simply screw in the fan after connecting it. Refit it correctly, just like the original part. The only difficulty lies in the hidden position of the fan.
