How to replace the battery of the Smart ForTwo?

In this video we can see how to replace the battery in the Smart ForTwo, a very simple and fast operation. First of all, let's make sure that the key is not inserted, open the hood and anchor it using the appropriate hooks. At this point, with a 10mm socket wrench, loosen the nuts of the two poles and disconnect them, starting with the negative one. Then, with a 13mm wrench, we unscrew the fixing bolt located in the lower front area. We then extract the old battery and mount the spare one following the reverse procedure, taking care to connect the positive pole first.
